Doug Yoshida is a partner and the Practice Lead of the firm’s Litigation Group in Calgary. Doug’s practice focuses on corporate-commercial disputes in the energy industry, including disputes regarding joint ventures, securities, facility and equipment failures, accounting, valuations, insurance and asset and corporate transactions. He represents private and public companies such as exploration and production companies and global companies that service and invest in the energy sector. Doug has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of court in Alberta, including in chambers, trials and appeals and represents parties before administrative, mediation and arbitration hearings.
