James Little is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Construction and Infrastructure Practice Group at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP and a certified adjudicator for ODACC under Ontario’s Construction Act. He advises on domestic and international construction disputes—through litigation, arbitration and other dispute-resolution processes—for major infrastructure, mining, hospital and commercial projects, and provides pre-construction risk mitigation, dispute avoidance and claims-management advice.
