Thomas Bauer is a partner and co-head of the tax group at Bennett Jones LLP, advising clients on income tax matters with emphasis on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, structured financings, income trusts and cross-border transactions. He also represents clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and has appeared as counsel before the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court.
