Jennifer’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions in established and emerging industries, such as technology, biotechnology and life sciences. Jennifer represents emerging to large domestic and international public and private companies, as well as investment dealers, in connection with various corporate and commercial transactions, including reverse takeovers and other going public transactions, public and private equity and debt financings, listings on Canadian stock exchanges, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
