Scott Kraag is head of Torys’ Project Finance practice and co‑head of the Banking and Debt Finance practice. He advises lenders, sponsors, equity investors, arrangers and other project parties on complex project finance matters—with a focus on energy, infrastructure and mining—and also advises on corporate banking, bond financings, structured and mezzanine financings and derivatives; he is an adjunct professor of law at Osgoode Hall Law School where he teaches commercial law.
