Stephanie manages a diverse corporate and transactional practice, working with oil and gas companies in Canada and internationally to support all aspects of their business, including board and governance matters, securities and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate structuring, labour matters and commercial arrangements, including joint ventures and contractor arrangements. Throughout each stage of a transaction, from strategic discussion to deal completion, Stephanie is actively involved, often coordinating the roles across a large team of advisers in many jurisdictions and managing the government and partner approval processes. Her transactional experience extends beyond Canada and the United States to the Middle East, Turkey, Argentina, Africa, China, Colombia, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands and other jurisdictions.
