Emmanuel de Marcellus is a Partner at FTPA and a specialist in intellectual property law with particular expertise in patent litigation, covering patent, trademark, software, design, copyright and unfair competition matters in both advisory and litigation capacities. He has over 15 years' experience, practised at SCP Clery de la Myre Mory & Monegier du Sorbier, Linklaters LLP and d'Alverny Demont, co‑founded de Marcellus & Disser Avocats in 2011, teaches copyright and heritage protection law at the Institut Catholique de Paris and chairs the jury for the intellectual property specialization at the Paris Bar School (EFB); he is a former President of APRAM, a former board member of APEB and serves on the executive committee of AAPI.
