Sophie Jouniaux is a Partner in FTPA's Tax practice since 2020, advising French and multinational groups on national and international taxation in mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals and corporate restructuring, and assisting on management packages, employee profit-sharing, tax audits and disputes. She has sector expertise in healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices and laboratories), has taught tax law at French universities and business schools, and previously worked at Arthur Andersen, Baker & McKenzie and Osborne Clarke.
