Partner and head of the Tax Law department at Bignon Lebray, François Vignalou joined the firm in 2019 and advises and litigates across all areas of tax law with particular focus on corporate taxation, mergers & acquisitions, private equity (including management packages), real estate transactional issues and wealth taxation. He is a member of Bignon Lebray’s Board of Directors, regularly publishes on tax matters, has taught in the Master’s MBA in Business Law and Management at University Paris II Assas, and was referenced by Le Point and Décideurs in 2024.
