Partner and head of the Tax Law department at Bignon Lebray, François Vignalou joined the firm in 2019 and advises and litigates across all areas of tax law with particular focus on corporate taxation, mergers & acquisitions, private equity (including management packages), real estate transactional issues and wealth taxation.
