Partner at Bredin Prat who heads the firm's Public Law practice, advising on public business law and environmental law in both transactional and litigation matters and assisting public-sector and private clients in dealings with French public authorities. Former member of the Conseil d'Etat (1990–2011), he lectures on public and environmental law at Sciences Po and the Paris Bar School and chairs the Environmental Law Committee of the Club des Juristes.
