Raëd Fathallah is a Partner at Bredin Prat and a member of the firm's International Arbitration team, acting as counsel in large-scale investment and commercial arbitrations for corporations, sovereign States and State entities. Over a 25-year career he has acted in more than 200 proceedings and served in over 80 arbitrations (mostly as President or Sole Arbitrator); he is a former Vice‑President of the LCIA and is a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators.
