Pascale Lagesse is a Partner at Bredin Prat and founder of the firm’s Employment Law practice, with over 30 years' experience advising international corporate clients on employment issues arising in M&A and divestitures, individual and collective disputes, large-scale restructurings, and day-to-day employment matters. She is Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Legal Practice Division, Course Director for Labor Law Studies at the Paris Bar School, and a member of the Research Commission at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University; previously she founded and headed the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice of Freshfields’ Paris office.
