Counsel at Bredin Prat and member of the firm’s Public Law team, Gabrielle Reddé advises public- and private-sector clients — including industrial sponsors and investment funds — on structuring, development, financing, M&A, asset management and dispute matters for large-scale transport, construction and energy infrastructure projects. She also handles regulatory matters (permits, environment, foreign investment rules) and complex pre-litigation and litigation; prior to joining Bredin Prat she practised at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP for more than seven years.
