Partner at Bredin Prat who heads the firm’s Public Law practice and advises public-sector undertakings, private companies and investors on strategic public law matters including public-sector reorganisations, privatisations, infrastructure and sector regulation. He is a former member of the Conseil d’Etat (including as Commissaire du Gouvernement) and served as Chief of Staff to the French Presidency from 2005 to 2007.
