Partner and co-leader of Jeantet's Restructuring department, Hadrien de Lauriston joined the firm in January 2025 after nearly 15 years at leading international law firms. He specialises in the prevention and resolution of corporate financial distress, advising distressed debtors and other stakeholders and on the acquisition of distressed companies, and works closely with Finance, Employment and M&A teams.
