Anna advises French and international businesses on their strategic corporate reorganisations, including mergers and acquisitions, site closures, business transfers and other asset disposals. Anna is also recognised for her expertise in providing legal support to companies in connection with evolving staff working conditions (whistleblowing and internal investigations, CSR, GDPR, international mobility) and changes in workforce numbers, through the implementation of job protection plan (“PSE”) or voluntary redundancy plans.
