Nathalie PEYRON is co-head of the Property Department with Benoît BOUSSIER. She provides advice and assistance to investors (French or foreign) for their property acquisition and to real estate developers on both developing and finalizing property transactions. She also works in the hospitality sector and advises operators and owners on the implementation and legal management of all their works projects. She writes and negotiates all contracts relating to finalizing and managing property transactions (particularly real estate development contracts, delegated project management, sales instruments and agreements, project management contracts and works contracts).
