Partner at Bersay and head of the Fund Structuring department, Stéphanie Alexandrino advises investment funds, management companies and investors — in particular French and Luxembourg alternative investment funds — on creation, structuring, management, marketing, regulatory and transactional matters. She is admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars and previously led the fund structuring practice at a major US law firm in Paris after earlier roles in French and Luxembourg firms.
