Partner at Bersay based in France and a member of the Paris Bar since 1997, Pierre-Louis Périn advises on M&A, corporate law and private equity (including venture capital) for listed and unlisted companies in national and international transactions. He began his career in the legal departments of PSA Peugeot Citroën, Thomson and Axa, later worked as a lawyer and partner at Deloitte, SJ Berwin (which became KWM) and Reed Smith, and is an affiliate professor at the law school of Sciences Po who also lectures at HEC and INSEAD.
