Trained in civil law with a specialisation in real estate law, Sophie Erignac-Godefroy deals with acquisitions of real estate properties (by carrying out rental situation audits in particular), negotiations of leases and their amendments, their renewal or their termination, but also gets involved in relationships with the organizations involved in the property (e.g.: condominium, AFUL) as well as real estate and building trade professionals.
