Michel Ponsard
Michel Ponsard is one of the partners in charge of the UGGC Competition Law Department. His sector of intervention therefore corresponds to the competition law and distribution, but also to the law of commercial contracts and commercial practices, as well as to the right of promotion and publicity. Partner in charge of the UGGC Competition Law Department advising French and international clients on competition law and distribution, commercial contracts, advertising and related litigation and arbitration. He works across sectors including automotive, pharmaceuticals, retail, publishing & media, real estate and transport, and is active in professional bodies (Secretary General of AFEC and of the International Competition League), is reporter for France in the IBA antitrust newsletter and lectures at Versailles Saint-Quentin University.
