Jean-Christophe Guerrini is a partner at Plasseraud Avocats (Plasseraud IP Group) who specialises in intellectual property law and primarily assists clients in litigation on infringement, unfair competition and related civil and criminal matters; he also works on contract and press law. He has practised for over 25 years, joined Plasseraud IP in 2021, has held roles in professional organisations (including President of the Intranet and New Technologies Commission of the National Bar Council and board member of the Association des Avocats de Propriété Industrielle), sits on the jury for the French Patent Qualification Examination (EQF), teaches in the Bar Training School IP module, and was made Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite in 2012.
