Partner at LPA Law in France, Frédérique Chaillou has worked in environmental law for over twenty years, advising French and foreign industrial groups, real estate operators and professional bodies on regulatory matters, litigation (administrative, civil and criminal) and environmental issues in mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. She has developed particular expertise in technological risks and is a member of the Experts Working Group on Polluted Sites under the Higher Council for the Prevention of Technological Risks (CSPRT).
