Hélène Cloëz, MRICS, is a partner at LPA Law specialising in urban planning and development law, advising and litigating for private operators (promoters, developers, investors) and public authorities on development projects, permits and land-related matters. She is a member of the RICS board responsible for urban planning and property promotion, has authored publications and teaches urban planning law in the MUI and ESSEC Master’s programmes.
