Counsel at LPA Law based in France, Bo Han advises companies on M&A and corporate law with a focus on Chinese investors and cross-border investment operations in Europe and Africa, and is an active member of the firm's China Desk. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, he joined LPA Law in 2022, holds a Master’s degree from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and since 2025 has served as an elected deputy mayor of Blanc-Mesnil; he is also president of the Association of Lawyers of Chinese Origin in France.
