Of counsel at LPA Law in France, Vincent Sol has practised environmental law for more than 30 years, advising major industrial and property businesses on French and EU environmental regulation and on environmental aspects of sales and acquisitions. He has worked on more than 1,000 polluted sites—implementing redevelopment and crisis-management strategies—and for almost twenty years has been a member of the Higher Council for Prevention of Technological Risks (CSPRT), where he has chaired the Working Group on Polluted Sites.
