Frédéric Broud is a Partner and Co-Managing Partner at Racine with more than 20 years' experience in employment law, acting both as adviser and litigator for French and international companies. He advises on employment aspects of restructurings, executive remuneration and collective labour relations, works closely with Racine's Tax and Restructuring teams, was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1994 and joined Racine as a partner in 2012.
