Partner and founder of Racine, Bruno Cavalié was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1980 and founded the firm in 1981. He is a member of the Bars of Paris and Brussels who advises large French and foreign companies on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, handles high‑stakes judicial and arbitral disputes in corporate, commercial and industrial‑risk matters including white‑collar crime, sits as an arbitrator, and is active in environmental, luxury, telecommunications, media and high‑tech sectors and in matters relating to investments in Africa; he also teaches conflict resolution techniques at Paris‑Saclay University.
