Partner at Racine in France, Guillaume Fabre is a recognized competition law specialist with almost 15 years' experience in antitrust proceedings, State aid, merger control and related litigation; he has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011 and became a partner at Racine in April 2023. He has acted on major merger filings before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority, represents clients in antitrust and damages litigation across the technology, energy and industry sectors, teaches Competition Law at Sciences Po Paris and serves as a non-governmental advisor to the French Competition Authority for the International Competition Network.
