Lucie Pernet
A member of the Paris Bar since 2012, Lucie Pernet practices urban planning law and public real estate law. She assists and represents public entities and private operators (landowners, developers) in the development, implementation, and litigation of complex projects (commercial buildings, shopping centers, sports facilities, transportation infrastructure, co-living residences, etc.) in the areas of urban planning and development. She advises on regulatory issues (local urban planning, joint development zones) and operational matters such as planning permission, commercial planning and, more generally, all administrative authorizations required for real estate projects (ERP/IGH regulations, “activities” approval, change of use, etc.), as well as public information and participation procedures (environmental assessment, consultation, public inquiry). She also advises clients on issues relating to public property and land ownership (expropriation, pre-emption). She has also developed a strong litigation practice in urban planning, commercial urban planning, and land ownership, before both administrative and judicial courts. · Adaltys Avocats
