Jennifer Riffard

For nearly 10 years, Jennifer Riffard has been working primarily in public service law and, more occasionally, in labor law. She mainly assists public authorities (local authorities, public institutions, hospitals) in defending them in disputes with their employees, and also advises them on a wide range of issues that must be handled with care, seriousness, and diligence in order to ensure the smooth running of services. Jennifer Riffard assists local authorities on issues of collective interest to employees (working time arrangements, overhaul of compensation schemes, election of staff representatives, etc.), as well as on more individual issues (management of accidents at work and occupational illnesses, management of harassment situations, implementation of disciplinary procedures, etc.).
