Emmanuelle Mignon is a Partner at August Debouzy and a former member of the Conseil d'État who joined the firm in 2015; in June 2023 she established and now co-leads the firm's Brussels office. She advises across the full spectrum of public law, drawing on extensive government experience including service as Chief of Staff to Nicolas Sarkozy, and teaches French and European public law at Sciences Po Paris.
