Counsel in ADVANT Altana’s Corporate/M&A team based in France advising on acquisitions and disposals with a particular focus on financial services, alternative finance (ICOs, crowdfunding) and AIFM regulation. He began his career in 2012, joined ADVANT Altana in 2019, and works across the software, hotel, food and health sectors; he co-leads an IFA working group on corporate governance and external growth of mid-sized companies.
