Amaury DE CARLAN is a partner at LexCase since 2018 and heads the Tax Law Department along with Philippe DROUILLOT. Amaury assists businesses, their executives and their shareholders with corporate restructurings. He participates in the development of family-owned businesses through mergers, acquisitions, transfers and OBOs.
