Jérôme Watrelot is Managing partner at Chassany Watrelot & Associés (CWA) and an attorney registered with the Paris Bar Association; he founded CWA in 1987 after serving as a partner at Fidal in Lyon. He has more than 30 years’ experience advising French and international companies on employment law, particularly in transformations, restructuring and mergers & acquisitions, and is regularly involved in collective negotiations; he is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), AvoSial and the European Employment Lawyer Association (EELA).
