Nicolas Aynès

Nicolas is partner at Fairway. He assists his clients in settling their civil and commercial disputes, whether in court or through alternative dispute resolution (conciliation, mediation, arbitration). Nicolas also assists his clients in structuring, negotiating and drafting their commercial, partnership, distribution and cooperation contracts and agreements. His areas of expertise include contract and tort law, distribution law, banking and finance law (credit agreements, hedging instruments, etc.), corporate law and real estate law. He is the author of a number of publications, notably in the fields of distribution law and banking and finance law.
