David joined Fairway as a partner in November 2012 to head the real estate finance practice. He also specializes in debt restructuring. He assists investors (institutional investors, real estate companies, developers and other investment funds), credit institutions and financial institutions, notably in real estate financing and refinancing, debt restructuring and bond issuing.
