Alexandre Poupard is a partner in the real estate department of Fairway Avocats. With over 20 years of experience, Alexandre has developed a cross-disciplinary practice combining M&A / Private Equity and Real Estate. He advises French and international clients, including institutional investors, investment funds and asset managers, on complex real estate transactions. Alexandre assists his clients with all their real estate matters, particularly on acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, as well as all matters related to lease agreements and more generally real estate management.
