He focuses his practice on market operations (takeover bids, IPO, public exchange offers), mergers and acquisitions for listed or non-listed companies and capital restructuring of listed companies. His expertise also covers the issues related to governance, shareholders disputes as well as stock exchange and acquisition litigations. Didier Fornoni began his career at Clifford Chance, before continuing his career in boutique law firms. Than he was partner in the Paris M&A group and head of the Equity Capital Market (ECM) group of Dentons’ Paris office.
