Alexandre Marque is a partner at Franklin who advises French and international corporations, investment funds and financial institutions on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and related capital, industrial and commercial tie-ups. He has notable experience in securities law and stock exchange regulation (takeover bids, public offerings, private investments) and in advising on the privatization of state-owned entities; he co-founded Franklin in 2000 and served as Global General Counsel of the Altice group from 2015 to 2020 before returning to Franklin.
