Hélène Bourgine is Managing Partner and co-founder of Aliénor Avocats, after 12 years as in-house counsel at Vinci Construction Grands Projets where she was involved in international dispute boards, arbitrations and the negotiation of major infrastructure projects. She advises French and international clients on construction and infrastructure projects (including FIDIC and NEC contracts), specialises in contract management and dispute resolution (conciliation, mediation, litigation, arbitration) and sits as an arbitrator in construction arbitrations; she is a member of Association Française d’Arbitrage (AFA), ICC France and SCL France.
