Partner in OYAT's Construction department, Tony Janvier has over 20 years' experience advising on major public and private construction and civil engineering projects in France, from contract negotiation and execution through to acceptance and dispute resolution. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, he joined OYAT as a partner in 2025 and has particular expertise in subcontracting, construction claims and proceedings before administrative and judicial jurisdictions.
