
Stella Alessandrini
A member of the Paris Bar, Stella’s practice focuses on criminal law, in particular white-collar crime and business litigation. She has significant experience with shareholders’ disputes involving white-collar crime and emergency court procedures regarding the collection of evidence (art. 145 CPC). Prior to joining our firm, she trained with several leading US, British and French law firms, and practiced as an associate in the litigation team of a leading French law firm. Stella is a graduate of Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (Master in International Business Law), Rennes University (Magister of Franco-British lawyer) and the University of Exeter (LL.M. International Commercial Law). In 2022, she won the Albert Joly award for the best public speaker at the Versailles Bar School (HEDAC) as well as the Young European Lawyers Contest. · TALMA Dispute Resolution
