Florian Renaux

A member of the Paris Bar, Florian’s practice focuses on international arbitration, and commercial and corporate governance disputes.​ In arbitration, Florian has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and investment arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and governed by the rules of the main arbitral institutions. He has developed specific expertise in investor-State dispute resolution and, more generally, in cross-border disputes raising issues of private and public international law.​ Florian also acts before French courts in proceedings relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards in France, as well as in civil, commercial and criminal matters.​ He has a strong background in disputes related to the aerospace, energy and high-tech sectors.​ Prior to joining our firm, Florian practiced with leading international business law firms and international organisations in Paris and Geneva.​ He is a graduate of the Institut de Hautes Études Internationales et du Développement de Genève (IHEID), and of the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. ​ He also spent a semester as an exchange student at the Boston University LL.M. program. · TALMA Dispute Resolution
