A member of the Paris Bar, Emma’s practice focuses on international arbitration and business litigation. ​ She acts as counsel in international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.​ As regards business litigation, she focuses on shareholders’ disputes.​ She has extensive experience advising on disputes in the energy, construction and hospitality sectors.​ Prior to joining our firm, Emma worked in French and international business law firms in Paris, Geneva and Hong Kong.​ Emma holds a Master’s degree in International Dispute Resolution (MIDS) from the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement, as well as degrees from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the City University of Hong-Kong. ​ She also holds a double degree in French-English law from the University of Leicester (UK) and Strasbourg’s Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management.​ · TALMA Dispute Resolution
