Collaborator in Spark Avocats' business law department, Sonia assists clients with equity financing procedures, acquisitions/transfers, capital ownership restructuring and commercial contracts, and handles commercial litigation and partner/shareholder disputes. She completed her final internship at Spark as part of her training at the Paris lawyers' school and holds Master 2 degrees from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne while currently preparing a university degree in Company and Group Taxation at Université Paris-Dauphine.
