Pascal Lê Dai
Pascal Lê Dai leads the IP / IT / Data department with Mathieu Bui. He specializes in intellectual and industrial property and digital law. He assists French and international companies in the development and defense of their intangible assets (trademarks, patents, designs, copyrights, databases...). His expertise also includes assisting clients in their commercial relations, both in the implementation of contracts and in the resolution of disputes. After several years with the English law firm Eversheds, Pascal joined Vatier law firm as a partner in 2013, before co-founding jasper avocats in 2019.
