Laura Terdjman

Laura has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011. Before founding Solacy Avocats , Laura worked for the Litigation and Arbitration Group of Clifford Chance, as an Associate and then as Counsel, for more than ten years. Laura Terdjman advises and represents companies in both pre-litigation and litigation before the civil and commercial courts, as well as in arbitration. She also assists her clients in the drafting and the negotiation of their strategic contracts. Her main areas of practice are contractual and tort liability, corporate law, general commercial law (including sales law, abusive and/or abrupt termination of commercial relationships, unfair competition and misleading advertising), restrictive competition practices (in particular in the context of DGCCRF investigations), distribution law (franchising, commercial agents), banking and finance law and enforcement. She is involved in various sectors : retail, telecommunication, aviation, sports, real estate development and automotive industries. Laura has been teaching corporate litigation to students of the Master 2 International Business Law of Paris II Panthéon-Assas since 2015. In addition, as a member of the Commission of the Club of Juristes, she contributed to the drafting report, “Judicial control of the price: which tools for the judge?” published in October of 2021. · Solacy Avocats
