Rudy Rabelle
Rudy Rabelle joined Ogletree Deakins as an employment lawyer in July 2025. He assists French and international companies with their day-to-day employment law issues, providing advice and representing them in litigation. Throughout his career, he has built up extensive experience in reorganisations (PSE, APC), social audits, drafting collective agreements, and negotiations relating to individual and collective labour relations. He also works on corporate transactions requiring close social support. He complements this work with a particular interest in health and safety issues at work, developed at a firm renowned for its expertise in this area.
