Head of Gleiss Lutz' antitrust practice and a partner at the firm since 2007, Petra Linsmeier advises national and international clients on German and European antitrust law, including cartels, merger control and dominance issues. She focuses on the consumer goods sector and competition topics such as vertical restrictions, selective distribution and platform bans, and regularly advises on compliance matters and internal investigations; she has lectured in antitrust law at the University of Passau since 2013 and is an Officer of the IBA Antitrust Section and a board member of the Munich Antitrust Forum.
